Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shedica. We strive to provide the best shopping experience, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. General Refund Policy: Our products are sourced directly from suppliers and shipped to you through a third-party dropshipping service. As such, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for used or damaged items.
  • Refund Process: If you want to request a refund, please contact us at info@shedica.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.

2. Non-Refundable Items: Some items are not eligible for a refund.These include:

  • Products that are marked as non-refundable or final sale.
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will arrange a return and refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement.

6. Processing Time for Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@shedica.com.

8. Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may have already been processed or shipped by our supplier, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
